 James may not have won the Great British Bake Off, but he does get this week's Awesome Knitwear spot.

He is a man well aware of the power of awesome knitwear, as he told Wales online: 'I think people confused their attraction to the tank top with liking me. The Fair Isle jumpers were a deliberate decision as I'm a proud Shetlander.'
