Quick details: Knit Night Hat by Judy Marples. Yarn is Sirdar Supersoft Aran in Moss, which is rather more teal than moss green. If current knitting plans come to fruition, I'm going to be wearing rather a lot of teal this autumn.

A very quick project knitted in the round. The textured border looks (I think) more complicated than it is, and once that's done it's a simple whizz of garter stitch in the round. Then a pleasingly symmetrical pattern of decreases.
